The ingredients needed to make Baked Fish Fillet:
- Prepare 1 Pound Catfish Fillet
- Provide 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Take 1/2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
- Provide Pinch Fenugreek seed Powder
- You need salt
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- Take 1 Clove Garlic , finely chopped
- You need 1/4 Cup Corn Bread Yellow Meal or Crumbs
- Take 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- Use 1/2 Teaspoon Basil Leaves , dried
Instructions to make Baked Fish Fillet:
- Wash the fish and cut into small pieces. Combine rest of the ingredients and marinate the fish for a few hours. In a plate, mix the ingredients for coating and dip the marinated fish pieces one by one. Arrange the flour-coated fish in a baking tray and drizzle few drops of oil on top of each fish.
