  1. Take 1/2 kg green gourd(gheeya)
  2. Take 150 gram petha
  3. Take 1 cup peas
  4. Take 2 potatoes
  5. Provide 1/3 cup beans

  7. Get 4 grinded tomatoes
  8. Use to taste salt
  9. Provide 1 chopped green capsicum

Steps to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Wash & boil all vegetables except capsicum with1 cup water & 1 tsp pavbhaji masala in cooker till they become mashy.
  2. Heat oil in a pan with chopped onions.Cook till they become golden brown. Add all the ingredients & saute.
  3. Add grinded tomatoes, chopped green capsicum & all the ingredients. Cook on low flame till oil spreads from corners.
  4. Open the lid of cooker & mash the boiled vegetables with masher.Now add cooked masala & lemon juice in it.Mix well.
  5. Cook till all the water is absorbed. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves & serve hot with pav.
