  1. You need 1/2 bowl carrot
  2. Use 1 big bowl cauliflower florets
  3. Prepare 1/2 bowl French beans
  4. Prepare 1 big capsicum

Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Wash and chop all veggies. Add little water and boil it using pressure cooker.
  2. In a pan take 2 tbsp oil and finely chopped onions and saute till colour changes.Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins. Then add Kashmiri chilli powder, pavbhaji masala and red chilli powder.Mix well. Then add finely chopped tomatoes and finely chopped capsicum.Mix everything well.Add little water and cook till tomatoes get soft.
  3. Add this masala to the boiled veggies and smash everything properly. Add little water if required.Add salt and give it a boil. Garnish with butter. Serve with buttered pav and onions.
