- Prepare 3 boiled potatoes
- You need 1 bowl chopped capsicum
- You need 1 bowl chopped tomatoes

- In a pressure cooker add all chopped veggies,except capsicum and tomatoes,add little salt and water boil till 4 whistles.
- Take a pan add butter add chopped tomatoes and capsicum and stir,sidewise mash potatoes,mash boiled veggies.Now add all veggies in it and mix add all spices,lemon juice,except pavbhaji masala.
- Add little water and cook lastly add pavbhaji masala.While serving add onion,coriander,lemon slice and 1tsp butter
- For pav-Take a pan add butter and roast bun and cut in middle and serve.
