  4. Use 100 gm califlower

  12. Take 1 tbs pavbhaji masala

Steps to make Pav bhaji:
  1. Boiled all veggies (potato, califlower, 1 capsicum, peas,tomato,onion)
  2. Then mash the veggie with the help of masher
  3. Now heat a pan add oil and 1 tbs butter then add chopped capsicum, ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Then add all masala cook for a minute, now add all boiled veggie and mix it well, mash again with the masher add water if require
  5. Cook for 7-8 min
  6. Lastly add lemon juice and butter
  7. Serve with rosted pav, onion, lemon slice
