Steps to make Bhaji Cone:
  1. In wide vessel take Maida. - Add salt, carom seeds, 1 teaspoon oil and add water and knead a tight dough. After kneading add 2 teaspoons oil,knead again.
  2. Divide dough into 5 equal pieces and make dough balls. - ake dough ball on rolling board and dust with dry all purpose flour and roll with rolling pin to make 7 to 8” circle. It should be little thick.
  3. Cut down circle in to two half circles. - Take one half circle and apply water on edges of it. - On cone mould stick half circle to give cone shape.
  4. Heat oil in the pan and fry cone with mould till it becomes little pink in colour. - Unmould cone as you take it from oil.unmould cone care fully as it can be broken and it would also be hot. - Cone is now ready.
  5. Boil potatoes and all green vegetables in one pressure cooker - Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies and saute till golden brown. Add boiled vegetables and stir.
  6. Stir in the pav bhaji masala, turmeric, tomatoes, capsicum and salt. Add slit green chillies and water and mix it well. Cook for 5 minutes. - Mash the vegetables till they are little pulpy.
