The ingredients needed to prepare Healthy Sangria:
- Get 750 ml Red wine
- Take 3 Longan (dried)
- Provide 1 bunch Goji berries
- Use 2 tbsp Raisins
- Use 5 Figs
- Get 3 Dates (from a date palm)
Instructions to make Healthy Sangria:
- Prepare a sterilised 1 litre jar. Rinse it out with hot water or alcohol.
- Add all of the ingredients to the jar and leave it in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator.
