  1. Take 3 Cups Self Raising Flour
  2. Get 1 tsp Salt
  3. Use 2 Tbsp Sugar
  4. Provide 1 Cup chilled Buttermilk
  5. Provide 120 g Unsalted Butter chilled and cut into small cubes

  1. Turn on the oven to 220 degrees
