  1. Take 2 lb chicken breasts cubed
  2. Take 10 Med Red Potatoes cubed
  3. Prepare 1/3 cup olive oil
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp salt
  5. Take 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  6. Provide 1 tbsp paprika
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp garlic powder
  8. Take 6 tbsp Hot Sauce
  9. Take 2 cup grated cheese (Mexican blend)
  10. Use 1 cup bacon (cooked & crumbled)
  11. Take 1 cup green onions chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F
  2. Spray 9 x 12 Baking Dish with oil.
