  2. Use 1 cup green bell peppers
  3. Use 1 cup red bell peppers

  6. Use 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  7. Provide 1 dash onion powder
  8. Prepare 1 dash ground black pepper
  9. Prepare 2 box Idaho Mashed Potatoes

  11. Prepare 4 cup milk
  12. Get 3 cup water

  1. If chicken breasts, green and red bell peppers and onions aren't already chopped (diced) chop each individually then mix together.
