  1. Get 100 g rice vermicelli (cooked to their instructions)
  2. Prepare 1/2 avocado, diced
  3. Provide 2/3 cups diced cucumber
  4. Get 1/2 carrot, julienned

  7. Get 2 eggs, poached to your liking (hard, runny)

  1. In a pot of boiling water, add a splash of vinegar. Then gently crack an egg into the centre of the pot, stir. Then add the second egg. Stir again. Once cook to your liking, removed eggs individually onto paper towl.
  2. Season both sides of steak. On a flaming hot griddle pan, cook steak for 2 minutes on each side then rest for another 2 minutes.

  6. Note: runny eggs work better for this recipe as once cracked open helps the dressing.
