The ingredients needed to make Guacamole dip:
- Use 2 Avocados
- Use 1 1/2 Serrano pepper
- Prepare 1/3 onion
- Take 2 roma tomatoes
- Take 1 tbsp crushed sea salt
- Take 1 tbsp picanta sauce
- Take 1 tbsp lime/lemon juuce
- Provide 1/4 cup (optional) cilanto leaves only

- Cut avocado in half long ways moving around the seed
- Remove seed and scoop out avocado meat into a small mixing bowl
- Using a fork smash up the meat of the avocado I prefer using a fork so I have control over consistency
- Carefully skin both roma tomatoes and slice into small pieces and add to mixture
- Slice serrano pepper into small pieces an ad to mixture
- Slice onion into small pieces and add to mixture
- Add tablespoon of salsa to mixture. I generally use pace picante sauce medium
- If using the optional cilantro leaves add now to the mixture
- Add lime or lemon juice, I prefer lime
- Add salt and mix up the entire bowl
- Chill and then serve
