- Use 1 block Atsuage
- Prepare 1 Avocado
- Use 1 can Canned tuna
- Provide 200 ml Canned tomatoes (diced)
- Take 1 clove Garlic
- Provide 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Take 1 Parmesan cheese
- Use 1 tbsp Olive oil
