- Provide 100 gms All-purpose flour
- Take 10 gms Sugar
- Prepare 2.5 gms Instant yeast
- Use 2.5 gms Salt
- Use 55-60 ml Water
- You need 10 ml Oil

- To make sauce, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Note- It can also be used as burger sauce and garlic bread dip.
- To make paneer filling, heat butter/oil in the pan. Add garlic to it and cook it for a minute or until the raw smell has gone. - Spread some sauce and add paneer cubes. To make parcel, seal the edges using little water to prevent it from opening up while baking.
- Brush some water and bake in a pre-heated oven at 210 C for 15 minutes. I won’t recommend oil/butter.*
- Once done, brush it with oil/butter and sprinkle some Italian seasoning.
