Healthy eating is now a good deal more popular than it used to be and rightfully so. The overall economy is impacted by the number of men and women who are dealing with health problems such as hypertension, which is directly associated with poor eating habits. Wherever you look, people are encouraging you to live a more healthy way of living but then again, you are also being encouraged to rely on fast foods that can affect your health in a terrible way. It is likely that lots of people believe it will take great effort to eat a healthy diet or that they have to make a large scale change to the way they live. In reality, though, merely making a couple of small changes can positively impact day-to-day eating habits.

One initial thing you can do is to pay close attention to the choices you make when you’re at the grocery as you most probably choose many items out of habit. For example, most probably you have never checked the box of your favorite cereal to find out its sugar content. One nutritious substitute that can give you a great start to your day is oatmeal. Mix in fruits or spices to improve how the oatmeal tastes and now you have a breakfast that can be a regular part of your new healthy diet.

All in all, it is not hard to begin to make healthy eating a regular part of your daily lifestyle.

The ingredients needed to prepare Jasmine Tea Bread Rolls:
  1. Provide 280 grams Bread (strong) flour
  2. Take 25 grams Sugar
  3. Provide 4 grams Salt
  4. Prepare 15 grams Margarine (butter flavored)
  5. You need 4 grams Jasmine tea leaves (finely powdered)
  6. Prepare 20 grams Egg
  7. You need 22 grams Hoshino natural leaven
  8. Provide 140 ml Boiling water to brew the jasmine tea
  9. Use 1 Kuromame (sweet black beans) or ama-natto (sweetened azuki beans)
  10. Use 1 Candied sweet potato
Instructions to make Jasmine Tea Bread Rolls:
  1. Pour hot boiling water, add the jasmine tea leaves and brew for 3 minutes. This will be the liquid ingredient for the dough. Set aside until cooled to 30°C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except for the margarine, and knead well for about 10 minutes. If you have warm hands, reduce the liquid by 10 ml and adjust the amount of moisture as you knead.
  3. When the flour is thoroughly mixed, add the margarine, and knead for another 10 minutes. Place the margarine in the middle of the dough and fold it into the dough.
  4. Place the dough in a plastic container with scale markings to rise, I used one sold at a dollar store and the dough measured to be 400 ml before it started rising. Or you could let the dough rise in a bowl.
  5. The first rising is complete when the dough rises to about the 1100 ml line (or about 1.5 times larger the original size). It will take about 14 hours in the winter, and a little quicker in the summer, so adjust accordingly.
  6. Place the dough onto a dusted canvas cloth and press down the dough to remove air.
  7. Dampen the surface of the kuromame and diced candied sweet potato, and drain excess water in a colander.
  8. Divide the dough into 8 portions, roll out the dough to about 12-13 cm diameter circles, and fill 4 portions with the kuromame and the other 4 portions with sweet potato.
  9. Pair with 1 kuromame and 1 sweet potato filled dough, and let it rise at 35°C for 60 minutes.
  10. Bake for 13-16 minutes at 220°C in an electric oven or for about 12 minutes at 190°C in a gas oven.
  11. Let sit on a cooling rack. Enjoy!

I used Jasmine tea because of its delicate, fragrant, and floral flavor, but feel free to use your favorite green tea–as long as it's good. Jasmine tea is one the most famous teas in the world. Whether made hot or cold, jasmine tea's signature floral aroma makes it a great choice to drink all year. It has a delicate flavor and a full, floral aroma. Sometimes made with white, oolong, or black tea.
