  1. Use 1 slab baby back ribs
  2. Take 3 tbsp applewood seasoning
  3. Get 3/4 cup bourbon
  4. Use 1/2 cup bbq sauce
  5. Get 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions to make Bourbon Braised Baby Back Ribs:
  1. Cut ribs in half. Boil for 5 minutes. Cool ribs down.
  2. Put 1 tablespoon of oil on ribs. Season. Grill for a few minutes to mark the ribs.
  3. Tear two sheets of foil about 10 inches long. Fold sides of foil to create a pocket. Add half the bourbon to each pocket. Put ribs on top. Close pockets.
