  1. Prepare 350 grams Plain cooked rice
  2. You need 100 grams Salmon
  3. You need 1/4 Avocado
  4. You need 2 sheets Nori seaweed
  5. Provide 1 White sesame seeds
  6. Get 1 two large leaves Lettuce
  7. Prepare 1 Sushi vinegar
  8. Take 1 dash Tempura batter crumbs (tenkasu)

  1. Make the sushi rice. In a large bowl or dish, mix the sushi vinegar into the rice by using a cutting motion while fanning the rice.
  2. Lay out plastic wrap on a sushi mat. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the plastic wrap.
