- Take 1 packet olpers cream(full fat)
- Use 1/4 cup condensed milk
- Provide 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Provide 2 tbsp coco powder (heaped)

- Chill the cream and condensed milk for 4 to 6 hours.
- Take a bowl add cream and whipped it for 5 minutes.
- Next take a condensed milk in a bowl add coco powder and mix it well.
- Now add the condensed milk and coco powder in the whipping cream and fold it, then add 2 tbsp of choco chips mix x it well.
- Fold the chocolate chips nicely with spatula.
- Now take air tight box pour the chocolate chip ice cream and cover the air tight lid.
- After 4 hours open the lid of chocolate chip ice cream and add remaining chocolate chips and mix it with spatula and handle nicely, then again cover it with airtight lid and cool it for 6,8 hours overnight(don’t open the lid again and again).
