- Provide 2 large potatoes (preferably non starchy)
- You need Salt and crushed black pepper to season
- Get 200 ml plain milk
- Use Approx 200 -250 grams grated cheese(preferably parmesan/cheddar)
- You need 3 garlic pods peeled and chopped
- Prepare 1 dollop unsalted butter
- Take 1 tablespoon plain flour
