The ingredients needed to cook Nostalgic Pickled Cucumbers:
  1. Prepare 3 Cucumbers
  2. Take 1 Salt
  3. You need 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  4. Get 1 dash Ra-yu
  5. Provide 2 tsp Sesame oil

  1. Slice the cucumbers about 2 cm thick. Sprinkle evenly with salt to draw out the moisture, and put into a plastic container or ziplock bag.
