  2. Take 100 gm chopped potato

  7. Provide 2 tsp oil
  8. Get 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  9. Provide 1 tsp finely chopped onion
  10. Prepare 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  11. Prepare 6 tsp tomato paste
  12. Prepare 1 tsp cumin powder
  13. Prepare 1 tsp garam masala
  14. Get I tsp turmeric powder
  15. Prepare 1 tsp chana masala
  16. You need 4 tsp water
  17. Take Red chili powder as per taste
  18. You need Salt as per taste
  19. You need Chopped coriander leaves (optional)
Instructions to make Mix Veg:
  1. Firstly wash all the vegetable properly
  2. Heat oil in a large pan or kadhai over medium heat
  3. Add mustard seeds,when mustard starts to pop up, add finely chopped onion,fry until lightly brown, then add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste, turmeric powder,garam masala, cumin powder, chana masala,chili powder and salt. Stir them for a minute
  4. Add all the chopped vegetables and water. Cover the lid and keep the heat at a minimum. Cook for 30 minutes and stir occasionally
  5. After 30 minutes check if vegetables are cooked.Sprinkle some chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve mix vegetable sabzi with fresh paratha or Roti

Cook the mixed vegetables on the stove or in the microwave until crisp-tender. Drain; place in a large bowl. Add kidney beans, celery, onion and green pepper. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring sugar, vinegar and cornstarch to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
