  1. Cook noodles in boiling water with some salt and Oil.Don't over cook noodles.It will take 5-8 min.Pour noodles into the strainer then wash it with cold water properly.Leave it for 10 min.
  2. Now in a clean towel or cloth spread the noodles and pour some oil over it.Now mix it.
  3. In a large pan take all the oil,heat it.Now add ginger-garlic paste and saute it.Then add onion, capsicum, cabbage & fry it on high flame for 2 min.Add tomato,salt,cook for 1 more min.
  4. Add noodles and mix it with veggies nicely.Now add 3tbsp soya sauce with 2tbsp vinegar and 2tbsp red chilli sauce.Sprinkle some chopped Coriander while serving & enjoy.
  5. Note- You can add chopped green chillies if kids not having it.
  6. To enhance the taste can add 1tbsp Ching's chutney with veggies & fry it.
  7. Boil noodles at least 1-2 hours before making it.
