- Take 150 gm Baby potatoes boiled
- Get 150 gm Cauliflower boiled
- You need 3 Big onion
- Take 5 Tomatoes

- Take 1 tsp Cumin seeds

- Heat a pan add 1tablespoon of oil add coriander seed, cumin seed, cloves, Pepper, sesame seeds, Cardamom, cinnamon roast it well. Add red chillies, 2 onion, 2 tomatoes, ginger, garlic and cook for 5 min. Switch off the gas.
- After cool down make a fine paste.Keep aside.
- Heat a pan add 2 tablespoon of oil add mustard seed. Add finely chopped 1 onion, 3 tomatoes and turmeric powder half spoon and cook it for 5 min. Add boiled baby potatoes and cauliflower.
- Add smooth paste and mix it well.
- Add Salt and little water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now gravy is ready
