- Provide Sichuan peppercorn (heated and pounded)
- Get shallots (chopped into small cubes)
- Prepare soya sauce
- Get hot pepper paste (GF)

- In a wok, NO oil, add pepper corn, roast it for about 3 mins.

- Add bean paste, mix well.
