- Provide 3 tsp tomato sauce

- Get 1 onion, cut in round shape
- Prepare 1 tomato, cut in round shape
- Prepare 3-4 Slices cheese
Instructions to make Allu Tikki Burger π:
- First, mix all aloo tikki ingredients and make round flat tikki (careful, cracks should not be there).
- Now make maida paste by mixing maida, cornflour salt & water. Don't make a very thin batter.
- Dip tikki in maida batter and coat with bread crumbs. Repeat this process two times for each tikki.
- Keep these tikki in fridge for ten minutes.
- After ten minutes fry in oil, in oil tiiki should get dipped half.
- After taking out from oil, spread slice cheese on it(so that it will melt little)
- Burger sauce - In bowl mix sauces and mayonnaise to make burger sauce.
- Let's assemble the burger. First cut half the burger bun.
- Heat the tawa spread the butter and toss the bun for 10 second (this step is optional)
- Spread a tsp of prepared burger sauce on both sides of the bun. On the bottom side of bun place few lettuce.
