- Stuffing for Dabeli- STUFFING: - Take Frying pan add 2 tbsp oil into it. Let it warm for 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat then quickly add dabeli masala and mashed potatoes into it. You can use garam masala if dabeli masala is not available. Add salt for potatoes.Add Tamarind and dates chutney and turn off-gas. Transfer the mixture into a plate then add chopped onion, roasted peanuts, shredded coconut, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves.
- CHUTNEYS - Dates- Tamarind Chutney: - Take 3 tbsp dates pulp and 3 tbsp tamarind pulp. - Boil it with 1 cup of water on medium gas for 5 minutes and then strain it. Add red chilli powder and jeera powder, salt into it.
- 2.Garlic Chutney: In a mixing Jar add Garlic 5 to 6 cloves, coriander Jeera powder 4 tbsp, salt and add 2 tbsp water and Grind it.
