- Semi cook the instant noodles using very less water without the seasoning. Drain the water once done and keep aside
- In a mixing bowl combine all the mashed potato and the veggies. Mix well
- Add the noddle seasoning if you prefer or season the mix with salt to taste and curry/Pav bhaaji masala
- Add the semi cooked noodles to the veggies and mix well
- In a small bowl combine cornflour, all purpose flour and water to make a liquidy batter
- In a plate spread a handful of bread crumbs
- Now take a handful of the veggie-noddle mixture and form patties gently
- Coat each patty well with the cornflour batter first and then with bread crumbs
- Align the patties on a baking tray.Spray a small amount of olive oil on them
- Bake/grill for 15 minutes at 180 degree celcius
- Alternatively, shallow/pan fry the patties till crisp on both sides
