  1. Use 5 potatoes
  2. You need 1 yellow onion
  3. Prepare 1 green bell pepper
  4. You need 1 jalapeno
  5. Take 4 tbsp peanut oil
  6. You need 2 tbsp cumin powder
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp ground coriander
  8. Take 2 tbsp mustard powder
  9. Get 1 tbsp turmeric powder

  1. Dice potatoes and boil until soft.
  2. Slice onion and bell pepper in segments.
  3. Finely dice jalapeno and set aside.
