- You need 9 jalapeno
- Get 6 hot Thai chilli
- You need 50 grams thai bird eyes chili
- Get 3 bunch coriander
- Provide 3 bunch mints
- Provide 6 lime
- Use 1/3 cup fish sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp sugar

- Grill chilli ,until soft ,peel
