  1. Provide double crust for 9-inch pie
  2. Use Duncan Hines© Wilderness© More Fruit Blueberry Pie Filling & Topping
  3. Prepare egg white (beaten)
  4. Prepare sugar
Instructions to make Anie's Simple Blueberry Pie:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Press 1 pie crust into un-greased 9-inch glass pie pan. Brush bottom and sides of crust with egg white
  3. Pour fruit filling evenly into crust.
  4. Place vented or lattice crust over filling, pressing edges together to seal; flute.
  5. Brush top crust evenly with egg white. If you like sprinkle the top crust with a dash of sugar. My husband thought that added a great taste!
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. If needed, cover crust with foil to prevent excessive browning.I recommend this I added foil after 10 minutes and the crust still got a little too dark!
  7. Cool pie on rack before serving.
