- Get 600 grams Pork leg schnitzel
- Take 2 1/2 cup Bread crumb
- Provide 1 tbsp Fresh thyme, roughly chopped
- Get 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- Take 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- Provide 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
