  1. You need Large chicken fillet (cubed)
  2. Prepare oil
  3. Get salt and freshly ground pepper
  4. Use ground garlic
  5. Prepare freshly grated ginger

  7. Provide coconut milk
  8. Get water
  9. You need chicken stock powder
  10. Prepare soy sauce
  11. Use thin rice noodles
  12. Prepare small tray baby corn

    1. In a deep pot add oil, garlic, ginger, green chillies, chicken, soy sauce, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.
