The ingredients needed to make Cocido de Res:
- Take 6 beef shanks
- Provide 4 beef riblets
- Provide 2 Ox Tails
- Prepare 2 potatoes
- Get 2 chayotes
- Take 4 carrots
- Take 5 squash

Steps to make Cocido de Res:
- Fill large pot with water to about 1/2 ways. Bring to a boil.
