  1. Prepare 3 lb chuck pot roast
  2. You need 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  3. You need 6 small baby red potatoes; halved
  4. Provide 2 cups baby carrots
  5. Take 1 yellow onion; sliced
  6. Use to taste garlic salt
  7. You need to taste ground pepper
  8. You need 3 tsp dijon mustard
  9. Use 3 tsp dried rosemary

  12. Get 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
Instructions to make Grandma's Pot Roast:
  1. Cut roast in half. Rub down with dijon mustard, dried rosemary, tyme, salt, pepper & garlic salt. Place roast into slow cooker. Put slow cooker on high.
  2. Pour into slow cooker your beef broth, halved potatoes, baby carrots & sliced onion. Then sprinkle a packet of Lipton onion soup mix over roast & veggies.
