- Use 2 lb cherub (grape) tomatoes, sliced lengthwise in half
- Use 1 large Maui sweet onion sliced very thinly with a mandoline if you have one
- Prepare 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- Use 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Get 1 1/2 tbsp kosher salt
- Provide 2 cloves garlic minced

- Whisk your marinade well again and pour it over top of your onion/tomato mix.
