- You need 4big size red tomato
- Get 1 onion
- Take 1 carrot
- Prepare 1 bay leaf
- Get 1 teaspoon garlic chopped

- Use 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Take 1 teaspoon sugar

Steps to make Tomato soup:
- Take tomato, carrot, onion wash and chop in chunks.
- Take a pan put on stove switch on the flame add oil ghee mix,once oil is hot add garlic saute, add bay leaf mix well.
- Add onion,carrot,tomato mix well,add salt and black pepper, add 2 glass water and let it cook well.once is cook swith off flame and let it be cool down.
- Take a mixer jar take cool down thing,remove bay leaf and blend in smooth paste. take sieve and pour paste and seive it.
- Take a pot put it on stove add tomato pyuri in it add little water and let it cook well.take corn flour add water and make slary and add it in soup.
- Take bread cut it in to small cubes if you want fry,roast full slice and cut make crutons like that.
- Switch off flame for soup.
- Serve piping hot,put basil leaves on top
