The Italian word "cacciatore" translates to "hunter". Hunter-style dishes are typically prepared by braising a protein (like chicken) with tomatoes, onions, herbs, vegetables and an acidic ingredient, such as wine or vinegar until tender. What can I serve with chicken cacciatore?
