- Take 1 ready made puff pastry or homemade
- Get 2 small onion, cut in half and sliced
- You need 60 grams diced chorizo
- Take 60 grams spicy chorizo, sliced
- Use 1 garlic clove, finely diced
- Take butter, to brush the top of pastry only

- Take 150 grams brie cheese
