- Prepare 20 dates regular pitted
- Provide 1/2 cup peacans chopped
- Get 1/2 cup cranberries dried
- You need 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- Prepare 1 tbsp flax meal
- Provide 1 tbsp chia seeds
- You need 1/4 cup honey
- You need 2 tbsps cinnamon
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
- Prepare 1 tbsp ginger grated (optional)
- You need 6 tbsps water warm

- Boil dates for 10 mins, then remove.
- Combine oats, cranberries, peacans and pumpkin seeds in a bowl and set aside.
