- You need 6-7 tomatoes
- Take 1 big Onion finely chopped
- Take 4 tsp garlic finely chopped

- Take 2 dried bay leaf (tez patta)

- Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove peels & seeds. Chop in very small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions & garlic. Saute until translucent on slow flame. (about 7-8 minutes)
- Add cilantro, carrots & bay leaf. Saute all. Cook it on slow flame until vegetables cooked. (about 7-8 minutes)
- Add tomatoes, salt, red & black pepper. Saute it until tomatoes cooked & becomes soft like thick sauce.
- Remove from gas. Marinara sauce is ready. Let it cool.
- Store it in air tight jar. Serve it with your favourite pasta or spaghetti.
