The ingredients needed to make Roasted Leg of Lamb:
  1. Get 2 kg leg of lamp
  2. Take 3 tsp ground black pepper
  3. Prepare 3 tsp salt
  4. Use 4 tsp BBQ spice
  5. Get 6 clove garlic
  6. Get 100 grams streaky bacon, cut
  7. Use 100 grams butter
  8. Get 4 sprigs rosemary
  9. Prepare 1 sheet Tinfoil, big enough to cover the leg of lamp
Instructions to make Roasted Leg of Lamb:
  1. Preheat oven to 130°C.
  2. Make sure that your leg of lamp is at room temperature
  3. Make cuts about 2 cm deep all over the meat. Take of the raw bacon and push them into each hole, followed by the garlic.
