- You need 16 oz Shrimp-raw/peeled
- Use 3 sm-med bell peppers (any color/variety)
- Use 1/2 small yellow onion
- Prepare 1/2 small purple onion

- Get 1 cup quick grits
- Prepare 4 slice cheese
- Provide 2 1/2 tsp Louisiana Cajun Seasoning
