- Get 1/2 cup Black Olives - pitted
- Prepare 3/4 cup White Wine (preferably dry)

- Get 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- Take 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Get 2 clove garlic, minced
- Use 3 large sweet potatoes

- Preheat oven to 400 degress. Chop onion, mince garlic, chop tomatoes. Cut the tops and bottoms of the long green beans.
