- Take 250 grams Brussel Sprouts
- Use 4 slices Smoked Back Bacon
- Get 2 medium Leeks
- You need 50 grams Butter

- Remove dark tops from the Leeks, then thinly slice them into a medium saucepan.Add the butter.
