- You need 12 Brussels sprouts
- Provide 1 Avocado (ripe)
- Take 2 slice Bacon (finely chopped)

- Cut each Brussels sprout into 4 wedges. Place the Brussels sprouts, a small amount of salt, and 2 tablespoons of water in a non-stick frying pan and cover with a lid. Steam-cook over a high heat for 1-1 and 1/2 minutes.
