- Get 1 box Mash Potato
- Provide 4 oz ground beef or pork
- Provide 1/2 cup water
- You need 1/2 cup Sofrito already made

- Get 1/3 cup olives
- Prepare 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- Prepare 2 eggs
- Prepare 2 cup all-purpose flour
- Take 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Chesse
- Use 1 oil ( for deep frying)
- Provide 1/3 cup Parsley flakes
