- Marinate fish with little salt and lemon juice for sometime.Make a paste of coriander,mint,green chillies,ginger,garlic,onion with little vinegar.If needed sprinkle some water while making paste.But try to avoid it.Mix gramflour,salt and sugar to taste,1tsp oil and coat all fillet with this paste.Grease a baking dish with little oil.Sprinkle breadcrumbs and arrange the fish.Coat the top with paste and sprinkle some breadcrumbs.Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated micro oven.
